What time can vendors setup?

Vendors must be setup by 9AM, load-in begins no earlier than 8AM at the Second Saturday Vendor Popup.

Can vendors break down early?

No. Vendors cannot break down early at the Second Saturday Vendor Popup. Breaking down early is a great way to not be invited back to the Second Saturday Vendor Popup.

Do I have to have Rock Hill Business License?
